ProjectLink is a simple project management tool that lets you create project dashboards, share progress with clients, track deliverables, and manage timelines. You create a project, invite clients via email or share a public link, and they can view updates in real-time.
Yes! Depending on your plan, you can manage multiple projects. The Freelancer plan includes 3 active projects, while the Agency plan includes 15 active projects. You can archive projects to free up space for new ones.
Clients can access their project dashboard in three ways: via email invitation (invite-only), by using an email from an allowed domain (domain-based access), or through a public link (public access). Once they verify their access, they can view project status, timeline, deliverables, and chat with your team.
The AI Assistant helps answer client questions about their project. It's available on each project dashboard and can provide information about project status, timelines, deliverables, and more. Usage limits vary by plan: Freelancer includes 100 messages/month across all projects, Agency includes 2000 messages/month.
Yes! The Agency plan includes collaborator access. You can invite team members by email, and they'll be able to manage projects, update timelines, and communicate with clients. The Freelancer plan doesn't include collaborator access.
If you exceed your project limit, you'll need to archive existing projects before creating new ones, or upgrade to a higher plan. For AI messages, once you reach your monthly limit, clients will be notified and directed to contact you directly until the limit resets.
Yes! You can customize your workspace logo, background color, project status, timeline, and deliverables. Each project can have its own timeline (either built-in or embedded), and you can add custom deliverables and upsells.
You can manage your subscription, including cancellation and plan changes, from the Billing page in your account settings. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period, and all projects will be automatically archived.
We don't currently offer a free trial, but we offer flexible monthly and annual billing options. The annual plan provides significant savings compared to monthly billing. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page.
We accept all major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe. Your payment information is never stored on our servers. You can update your payment method or view billing history through the Stripe Customer Portal.
